Insurances we accept

We’re a preferred provider for Pacific Source, United Health Care, Cigna and all Delta dental insurances. We’re happy to bill any insurance for you and, unless your dental insurance requires you to see a specific PPO, we should be able to accept your insurance. We’re able to accept more than 500 dental plans, so it’s likely that yours in on that list. For some insurances, you may need to call them directly and have Dr. Miller listed as your primary care dentist.
